As buyers focus on financial negotiations she helps them design an appropriate integration plan. She has a keen eye for those issues that may derail a successful integration. • Assists on the due diligence team to identify potential landmines that historically surface during the Integration. • Evaluates sales, marketing and overall business development issues with the target company that may impede integration After the deal closes, Darcie plays a key role in advising or supervising the Integration Team.
